Pillar of Support Psychology is the private practice of Jen Benson (she/her), a Registered Psychologist who provides individual counselling for adults. Jen provides a compassionate, inclusive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. She focuses on healing, growth, and empowerment through a holistic approach to mental and physical well-being. Her mission is to help clients reconnect with their inner strength and create meaningful, lasting change.
